Description

Karagach is a tree 20-25 m high, looks impressive, has a lush, branched crown. It grows in broad-leaved forests, near water bodies and on cannons. Prefers well-lit places with moist, loose, fertile soil. Wood is used in carpentry, furniture industry, shipbuilding.
